Notices
- Proprietary software. Last Price is proprietary software. The source code is not publicly available and is not licensed for redistribution, modification, or reuse. Access to the platform is granted only through the hosted service under these policies and the Terms of Use.
- Third-party components. The platform incorporates third-party libraries used under their respective open-source licenses. A list of those components and the corresponding license notices is available on request: email support@last-price.ai.
- Beta status. The platform is currently in public beta. Features and pricing may change. No SLAs apply during the beta period.
- Security disclosures. Report suspected vulnerabilities privately to support@last-price.ai. Please do not file public posts about unpatched issues.
Copyright complaints
If you believe content on Last Price, such as a profile picture, a workspace logo, or a Marketplace listing, infringes your copyright, send a written notice to us. We remove or disable access to content identified in a valid notice, tell the account that posted it, and close the accounts of repeat infringers.
Send notices to support@last-price.ai with "Copyright notice" in the subject.
Your notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature, as the copyright owner or someone authorized to act for them.
- Which copyrighted work you believe is being infringed.
- Which material on Last Price you believe infringes it, with enough detail for us to find it, such as the page address or the listing name.
- Your name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, reply to our removal email with a counter-notice and we will explain the next steps.
